Postage & Shipping

Mauritius Inland & Rodrigues Island

For all inland & Rodrigues Island postage we use the ‘Mauritius Postal Service’.  

We provide a 20rs standard shipping service and delivered within 3-5 business days. 

 

All our packages are tracked and proof of delivery is always provided.  Upon loss or failure of delivery Lost Eden will personally track the product and make a personal delivery to the customer.  If the package is lost or it’s been damaged beyond repair, Lost Eden will provide a full refund along with a 10% discount coupon on the customer’s next purchase.

 

You may also collect your package.  The location for that will be at Hotel de Ville, Curepipe.

Lost Eden Ltd will not, in any circumstances, share your personal information with other individuals or organisations without your permission, including public organisations, corporations, or individuals, except when applicable by law. We do not sell, communicate, or divulge your information to any mailing lists.

Refund & Return Policy

All gold plated items are liable to rust in time, however with provided advice from the Lost Eden’s Care Cards the material is bound to last longer as a protective rust free coat is also applied on all metals used.

 

Care Information:

The materials we generally use for our jewellery include: Nickel and lead-free gold-plated and brass charms, chains and earrings, crystals, semi-precious stones, pearls etc.

Due to the delicate nature of handmade jewellery, care must always be taken to preserve and increase the longevity of your unique piece.

- Keep jewellery away from water, moisture/ humidity, sweat and salt as these oxidise metals which can cause them to change colour over time
- Keep jewellery safe in a cotton/velvet pouch or jewellery box away from direct sunlight. Also wiping with a polishing cloth will help.
- Put perfumes, sprays, creams, oils on the skin and allow them to absorb before coming into contact with jewellery
- Take jewellery off to exercise, shower and sleep and do any vigorous activities

No return and/or refund is provided upon final sale. 

 

Lost Eden Ltd will not be responsible in providing return and/or refund for any reported issues/ damages after 14 days of final sales and/or delivery

 

No return and/or refund will be applied upon:

  • Rust to any metal or material at any time after receiving order 

  • Damage to item (No refund if reported after 14 days of final sale and/or delivery)

 

Refund can only be provided upon the following exceptions:

  • Flaws in workmanship. (including: imperfection and loose ends if reported within the first 14 days)

  • Damage before the item/s is delivered

  • If item is damaged beyond reparation (No refund if reported after 14 days of final sale and/or delivery)

 

Lost Eden Ltd provides a care card to all customers upon which the customer should acknowledge the written content in order to keep the longevity of the item purchased.
